Dock D. Treece, President

Dock D. Treece is a product of the midwest. Dock senior was born in Tennessee and moved to Monroe, Michigan in 1968. Treece spent the first eleven years of his career in the automotive industry, learning first hand about that great engine of American prosperity.  Treece began his career in securities in 1979 with a Youngstown-based firm. By 1985 Mr. Treece had purchased all of the outstanding shares of the firm and changed its name to Treece Investment Advisory Corp.

At the helm of one growing business, in 1988 Mr. Treece incorporated and became president of a second, Treece Financial Services Corp., a licensed broker/dealer. Treece Financial Services Corp. is registered with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Establishing himself as a investment and money management thought-leader, Mr. Treece is a highly sought-after  business analyst who makes frequent appearances on local television and radio stations. Additionally, Treece has helped shape the next generation of investment strategist  by teaching  Personal Financial Management through the Department of Continuing Education of the University of Toledo.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Treece “fills in the cracks” as a licensed private pilot and by displaying a steadfast concern for community endeavors. Treece has served with several charitable organizations, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northwestern Ohio, Toledo Opera Association, Toledo Jaycees, Sylvania Chamber of Commerce, Sylvania Rotary, Toledo Crittenden Services Board, Lions Club, Zenobia Shrine, Toledo Museum of Art and the Better Business Bureau.

Mr. Treece holds the following licenses: Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 63, 66, and 99.
